According to the petitioner illegal mining is being carried out by the private respondent nos. 5 to 7. State counsel, on instructions, submits that whatever allegations have been levelled against the private respondent nos. 5 to 7 have been found false after due inquiry and they are valid lease holders. Be that as it may. If the petitioner has any grievance, he may approach the District Magistrate, Mahoba, who in turn shall inquire the matter and pass appropriate orders.
