¶1List revised. Shri Sharique Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. are present. No one is present for the informant.

¶2These writ petitions have been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 23.02.2023 in Case Crime No. 0041 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 377, 376, 328, 420 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act,Police Station Shivkuti, District Prayagraj.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that in these cases husband has been charge-sheeted and other co-accused have been exonerated and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
