¶1Heard Shri Atul Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Anand Vikram Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Rajesh Kumar Madhesiya, learned State Law Officer for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.02.2023 in Case Crime No. 0092 of 2023, under Sections 366, 504 IPC, Police Station Khair, District Aligarh.

¶3Learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents submitted that the F.R. no. 24 of 2023 has been forwarded on 15.03.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
