¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.01.2023 in Case Crime No. 0031 of 2023, under Sections 452, 354B, 323, 504 506, 313, 376 IPC, Police Station Kandhla, District Shamli.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 63 of 2023 has been forwarded on 07.03.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
