¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner has retired on 31.03.2023 from the post of Personal Secretary, Unit Head Office from ITI Limited, Naini Unit, Allahabad.

¶3Sri Gopal Misra, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2,3 and 4 states that since the petitioner already represented the matter before the competent authority on

17.08.2023, let the same may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated

17.08.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
