¶1Heard Shri Ashutosh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 10.12.2021, registered at Case Crime No.364 of 2021, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Haldharpur, District Mau.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Final Report has already been submitted in the present case.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents also certifies that the Final Report has already been forwarded on 22.4.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
