¶1Heard Sri Ravindra Pal Singh and Sri Akshay Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Jai Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the respondent and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner claims non compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.01.2023 passed in Writ A No. 809 of 2023 as the direction was issued to pay 6% interest upon the dues from the due date to the actual date of payment.

¶3In the considered view of the Court, the appropriate forum for the petitioner is to avail the remedy of contempt, if so advised.
