¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2Challenge in this writ petition is to an order of externment passed by respondent no. 2 against the petitioner on 29.08.2023 under Section 3/4 of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act.

¶3The said relief cannot be granted and the petition cannot be entertained as against the order of externment, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Commissioner under Section 6 of the Act, which remedy has not been availed.
