¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ankit Gaur, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Shri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 6.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel, after going through the writ petition

(PIL), submits that a fresh inquiry is required to ascertain the correct facts as alleged by the writ petitioner in the present petition. He further submits that the said inquiry would be completed within two months.

¶3Shri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 6 submits that respondent No. 6 may also be permitted to participate in the inquiry.

¶4In view of the concession given by the learned counsel appearing for respective parties, this petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim as set out by the petitioner, by requiring the District Magistrate, Banda to conduct a detailed inquiry into the allegations set out in the writ

(PIL) within a period of two months from today and pass appropriate orders after giving due opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner, respondent No. 6 and all other affected parties.
