¶1This writ petition has been filed by one Satypal, son of Ram Avadh substantially claiming a relief that proper enquiry be conducted in respect of respondent No. 4-Institution particularly affiliation granted by the Central Board of Secondary Education to the said Institution in 2017.

¶2The Central Board of Secondary Education has not been impleaded as a party to the writ petition. Moreover, the complaint was moved by one Ram Naresh, who has not filed the present writ petition.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother of complainant Ram Naresh.

¶4Be that as it may, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the Authorities as the petitioner utterly failed to establish his co-relation with the Institution and in the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner has no locus in the matter.
