¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with a prayer to direct the Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Room No. 2, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 1024 of 2019 (Saloni Pal and another Vs. Ashish Kumar Pal), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Naubasta, District-Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that applicant No. 1 is the wife of opposite party No. 2 and she had filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for grant of maintenance on

11.9.2019, on the basis of which, the instant case was registered, however, the said case is pending disposal for the last about four years and has has not yet been disposed of and has been lingering-on, on one pretext or the other.

¶4In view of the above, learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Room No. 2, Kanpur Nagar is expected to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
