¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioners to decide the Recall Application dated

31.01.2023 pending before respondent No.3 is considered and allowed.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners on instruction submits that petitioners undertake that on next as well as on subsequent dates either petitioners in person or through their Advocate shall appear before Authority concerned and will not take any adjournment.
