¶1By means of this writ petition, petitioners have prayed to direct the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Basti, District-Basti, respondent no.3 to decide the Appeal No.412, (Bharat Ram & Ors. Vs. Babu Ram and others) and Appeal No.413 (Bharat Ram and others Vs. Babu Ram and others) under Section 11 (1)_ of U.P.C.H.Act, 1953 and Appeal No.31 (Babu Ram and others Vs. Shiv Prasad) under Section 109 (3) of U.P.C.H Act, pending before respondent no.3 expeditiously.
