¶1By means of this writ petition, petitioner has prayed to direct the Consolidation Officer, Muhmmadabad Gohna, District-Mau, (Respondent no.2) to the Case No.TB-9511/2022 under Section 20 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holding Act, 1953 within a stipulated period.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions undertakes that the petitioner will appear either in person or through his Advocate before the Court concerned and shall not take any adjournment whenever the case is listed.
