This appeal under Section 14A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed against the cognizance/summoning order dated 06.09.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, (S.C./S.T. Act), Bulandshahr in Special Session Case No. 3210 of 2023 (State Vs. Ravi and others), Case Crime No. 105/2023, under Sections 147, 148, 308, 323, 352, 325 IPC and 3(2)5Ka of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Kakor, District-Bulandshahr. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the appellants want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within 30 days from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
