¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's application dated

14.09.2023 and pay compensation to him for having acquired Gata No. 633 area 0.214 and Gata No. 635 area 0.0360 hectare along with interest.

¶2It appears from the record that the subject land was acquired way-back in the year 2003 under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Although, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to release compensation amount in his favour but it has not been disclosed whether any award in respect of the subject land has been passed or not and if yes, the date of the said award. The petitioner has also not disclosed the reason why the compensation amount is not being released in his favour, in case award has already been made.

¶3As the aforesaid essential pleadings are missing, we leave it open to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance before respondent no.3 by moving appropriate application along with true attested copy of the instant order.
