¶1The instant petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent-Authorities to pay compensation amount to the petitioners for the acquired land and release the unaffected area and further, incorporate the name of the petitioners in the revenue record.

¶2The petitioners have not filed copy of notification under Section 3-D nor the award and therefore, it is not possible for this Court to adjudicate the controversy sought to be raised.

¶3The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition with complete details.
