¶1Grievance of the petitioners is that they are owners of house in question and want to raise construction but local busybodies / land Mafias are not permitting the petitioners to carry out construction.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a representation has already been made to respondent no.2 and purpose of filing the writ petition would be served if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 for taking appropriate steps against those who are involved in harassing the petitioners.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for respondents have no objection to the aforesaid proposition.

¶4Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to meet respondent no.2 and apprize him about actual factual position and make fresh representation, respondent no.2 in turn to take appropriate steps in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
