¶1The issue raised in the present petition between the petitioner and respondent no. 6 appears to be a private dispute regarding possession over the disputed property.

¶2The petitioner claims to be the possession of the disputed property and alleges that the respondent no.6 is illegally interfering in the possession of the petitioner.

¶3The issue in the present writ petition involves disputed question of fact and therefore it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶4The petitioner may file suit for injunction before the appropriate court.
