Grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner was not being provided with the correct electricity bill. Sri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for Electricity Department states that if the petitioner files a fresh application under Clause 6.5 of U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 within a period of 15 days from today then orders would be passed on the application afresh within a period of 15 days. Under such circumstances, we direct that if the petitioner files a fresh application under Clause 6.5 of U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 within a period of 15 days then the same shall be considered and dispose of within the next 15 days. For a period of one month or till the decision is taken on the application of the petitioner, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
