¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has alternative remedy of filing an appeal. He prays for withdrawal of the writ petitioner with liberty to seek alternative remedy available to him under the law. He however, submits that his appeal would be time barred, therefore, a direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the appeal ignoring the point of limitation.

¶2In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to decide the appeal of the petitioner on merits in accordance with law, ignoring the point of limitation.
