¶1Heard Sri Akhilesh Shukla, Advocate holding brief for Sri A.K. Vashistha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 7 and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The petitioner submits that the parties have arrived at a compromise and the matter between the two, has been settled, therefore he does not want to press this petition.

¶3Respondent nos. 2 to 7 agreed that the parties have arrived at a compromise and has no objection in case this petition is not pressed.
