Issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 and 2 to decide by scrutiny committee result which is held on 17.07.2020 regarding third ACP of the petitioner, within short stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 1 and 2 to inform that you are eligible for IIIrd ACP and recommended to upper Pramukh Sachiv Trade Tax Lucknow for necessary action. Upper Mukhya Sachiv Trade Tax sent commissioner recommendation to scrutiny committee and scrutiny committee decided on 17.07.2020 but representation not decided." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the claim of the petitioner with regard to IIIrd ACP is pending consideration before the respondents.
