¶1By virtue of separate order passed in Writ - A No. 18834 of 2011 (Union Of India Thru Sec Ministry Of Defence & Ors. Vs. Phool Chand Pal & Anr.), that writ petition filed against the order of the Tribunal dated 10.12.2010 has been allowed. The order of the Tribunal has been set aside.

¶2In view of the same, present writ petition arising from execution proceeding filed by the claimant, petitioner is seeking implementation of the order dated 10.12.2010, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
