¶1Grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner after completing the project, has approached the authority for issuance of completion certificate as also for releasing the mortgaged land (Plot No.17, 45 and 79) area 795 square meters contained in Khasra No.708, 709 and 710 but instead of issuing the same, respondent nos.2 and 3 have threatened to auction the plots mortgaged by the petitioner which has not been released by the authority till date.

¶2Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that after due verification, it has been found that the petitioner has completed the project, therefore, completion certificate shall be issued to it very soon. The authority is under process of doing the needful and the plots of the petitioner will not be put to auction.
