¶1The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue ad-interim mandamus directing the Civil Judge (J.D.), Kushinagar at Padrauna to decide the case no. 56/2023 (Jogindar Vs. Ashok), expeditiously as possible within short stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court, during the pendency of the present petition before this Hon'ble Court."

¶2After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed.

¶3Prayer is allowed.
