¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2Heard Shri Prashant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and perused the record.

¶3By means of the order impugned dated 19.09.2023, respondent No. 2 has declined to grant extension of affiliation until instructions/guidelines are received from the State Government.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that later on, the State Government has issued a communication dated 01.11.2023 calling upon the respondent No.4, Secretary, Board of Technical Education, U.P. Lucknow to submit a report in the matter of the petitioner.

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4, Secretary, Board of Technical Education, U.P. Lucknow to act in furtherance of communication dated 01.11.2023 and send requisite order/report to the Government on or before 15.12.2023, provided a certified/downloaded/self-attested copy of this order is served upon respondent No. 4 within two weeks from today.
