¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri H.N. Pandey, learned counsel for both the respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed claiming the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to re-examine the copy of the examination of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) bearing application No. 23100763226 of the petitioner in online form bearing Roll No. 219010514 and its online result has been declared on 25.09.2023."

¶3Shri H.N. Pandey, learned counsel for respondents has produced before this Court a copy of O.M.R. sheet of the petitioner and submits that there being no procedure for reevaluation of the answer-sheet, the petitioner's application moved for that purpose before the Authorities is itself not maintainable and, therefore, no direction can be issued in the present case.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute of only one mark.

¶5Be that as it may, in the absence of any law or procedure prescribed for such reevaluation, no mandamus can be issued.

¶6The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
