¶1Heard Shri Vashishtha Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2By the order impugned dated 26.11.1997, the salary of the petitioner was stopped.

¶3The said order was stayed by this Court, however, the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution but, later on has been restored.

¶4It is contended by Shri Tiwari that, in the meantime, the services of the petitioner have been regularized as Assistant Teacher on

18.12.2003 and, thereafter, as a Lecturer on 07.12.2010. These orders have been appended alongwith the Civil Misc. Restoration Application No.02 of 2019, which has already been allowed.

¶5It is, therefore, contended that since the petitioner is getting service benefits in terms of regularization, reliefs claimed have lost their significance.

¶6Considering the orders regularizing the services of the petitioner, no further directions are required to be issued in the present case and the order impugned has already lost its significance.

¶7The petitioner shall continue to render his services as Regularized Lecturer and shall be entitled for all the benefits.
