¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Ghaziabad i.e. trial court for early decision of S.T. No. 622 of 2023 (State Vs. Shivam @ Rishabh & others), arising out of Case Crime No. 94 of 2023, under Sections-323, 324, 504, 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Loni, District-Ghaziabad, pending before the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Ghaziabad.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
