¶1Heard Shri S.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.04.2023 in Case Crime No. 202 of 2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 258B of 2022 has been forwarded on 15.05.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
