¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent to lease back the abadi part of their land, which was acquired by the respondents.

¶2Ms. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Authority states that the claim shall be considered in accordance with law.

¶3Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent authority to decide the claim of the petitioner for lease back of the land as contained in their representation dated 19.04.2023 within twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photostat copy of the representation.
