Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief. "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that age of petitioner no.1 is 26 years while petitioner no.2 19 years. Presently, they are living in relationship and belongs to same religion. It is further submitted that respondent no.4 is intervening their peaceful living. The Aadhar card of the petitioners, application for protection given to the police authorities alongwith joint affidavit, are also brought on record. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner no. 2 is not of marriageable age and it is submitted that his age is 19 years. Therefore, no protection can be granted. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, admittedly the age of the petitioner no.2 is not marriageable age, therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
