Court No. - 67 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 16980 of 2023 Petitioner :- Santosh Kumar Pandey Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Praveen Kumar Shukla,Dhiraj Singh,Santosh Kumar Tripathi,Satyendra Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- G.A.,Chandrabhan,Mahesh Prasad Hon'ble Rahul Chaturvedi,J. Hon'ble Anish Kumar Gupta,J. Heard Sri Dhiraj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satyendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. After hearing the rival submissions and going through the F.I.R., we are not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner keeping in view that we are at a very primitive stage and many more things has to be unfolded during investigation. The F.I.R. clearly indicates the commission of cognizable offence in totality. The writ petition has no merit and is accordingly dismissed.
