¶1Heard Sri S.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 1 to 4.

¶2Sri S.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has filed an application for withdrawal of this writ petition, therefore this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶3In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, application for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed.
