The instant criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi in Case No. 1003 of 2021 (Smt. Nisha Yadav vs. Ravi Modi) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi whereby revisionist was directed to pay the interim maintenance amount of Rs. 10,000/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 from the date of order dated 13.7.2023. At the very outset, learned AGA has raised an objection that the present revision has been filed against the order dated 13.7.2023 granting interim maintenance, the same is not maintainable. The revisionist shall avail his remedy, as may be permissible under law, before appropriate Forum/Court of Law. The instant revision is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Certified copy of the impugned judgment and order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the revisionist after retaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
