¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to comply with the order dated 13.4.2023 passed by Special Land Acquisition Officer, Joint Organization, Saharanpur (respondent no. 5).

¶2By the aforesaid order, the Special Land Acquisition Officer has called for a report from the Consolidation Officer in respect of Chak Nos. 1067 and 1235. The grievance of the petitioner is that the direction issued by respondent no. 5 has not been complied with by the Consolidation Officer.

¶3We decline to act as executing court for the orders passed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer in respect of enquiry being held by him in pursuance of the application filed by the petitioner. In case the direction is not being complied with, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Authority concerned for appropriate directions.

¶4No ground is made out to interfere in the matter in exercise of writ jurisdiction.

¶5The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
