¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2The FIR in question was lodged against one Praveen Yadav and unknown person with the allegations of causing injuries. Subsequently, based upon the said FIR and the statement of the brother of the victim, the applicant was also arrested.

¶3It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that the main accused Praveen Yadav has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2023.

¶4Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer.

¶5Considering the fact that no specific allegations have been levelled against the applicant and the main accused has already been enlarged on bail coupled with the fact that the applicant does not have any criminal antecedents, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
