¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of judgment and order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Case No. 533 of 2021(Smt. Priti Vs. Vijay Pratap Singh), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station-Jaswant Nagar, District-Etawah, pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah.

¶4After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the present application for the reliefs prayed, but requested that a direction may be issued to Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah for early decision of Case No. 533 of 2021(Smt. Priti Vs. Vijay Pratap Singh), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station-Jaswant Nagar, District-Etawah, pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
