¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
¶2The FIR in question was lodged alleging that on the basis of a search carried out, it was found that the accused named in the F.I.R. including the applicant were engaged in preparing forged Visa for sending various persons abroad.
