¶1Twice the matter was adjourned on request of counsel for the petitioners. Today again, request for adjournment is being made on the ground that the property has been auctioned and that amendment application is required to be filed.

¶2We are not inclined to adjourn the matter any further.

¶3The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition if any subsequent event has taken place, by incorporating the same in the fresh petition.
