¶1Heard Sri Surendra Mohan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri C.S. Singh for respondent no. 4.

¶2The petitioners have challenged the order dated 18.9.2023 passed by District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar, in purported exercise of power under Rule 3 of the Work of Licensees Rules, 2006. Thereunder, the order is revisable before the Appropriate Commission.

¶3Consequently, we decline to examine the challenge and relegate the petitioners to the alternative remedy provided under the Statute.
