¶2Petitioner who was working as Sub-Inspector is aggrieved by non release of his pending amount of gratuity and group insurance. He submits that in above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on

16.09.2023.

¶3Since the petitioner has retired only on 31.07.2023, at this stage, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 16.09.2023 and if there is no legal impediment, his gratuity and group insurance amount be released.
