03.05.2023. Counsel for the applicant also submits that there is no possibility of marriage of the applicant to the victim. In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 19.07.2023 passed by this Court is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions as given in earlier interim order dated 19.07.2023 during pendency of trial. Bail application is allowed.
