Heard learned counsel for the applicants; Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Pyare Lal Lodhi and Dharmendra Kumar Lodhi @ Bakka, with a prayer to release their on bail in Case Crime No. 186 of 2021, under Sections 302/34 IPC, Police Station Hathgaon, District-Fatehpur, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 23.2.2023. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that while rejecting the first bail application of the applicant, this Court directed the trial court to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Copy of this order was placed before the trial court only in August, 2023. Prior to passing of the order of this Court, examination-in-chief of PW-1 was recorded and his cross-examination has been recorded thereafter.
