17.04.2023 in Case Crime No.164 of 2023, Police Station-Sarnath, District-Varanasi. Learned AGA states that appropriate action in the matter would be taken as per law. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent along with a copy of this order, who shall ensure that necessary steps as are warranted in law, are taken to trace out the missing girl and conclude the investigation in a fair manner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months.
