¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
¶2The FIR in question was lodged against three unknown persons alleging that they had snatched a mobile, vehicle and Rs.2 lakh from the informant. Subsequently, the applicant was arrested. It is argued that no recovery was effected from the applicant and only on the basis of the statement of the co-accused, the applicant was apprehended. The applicant has no criminal antecedent.
