¶1Heard Shri Sanjay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant and perused the record.

¶2By means of the present appeal, the appellant has challenged the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hathras, whereby Rs. 5500/- has been awarded in favour of the respondent towards counsel fee and Rs. 150/- has been awarded to the respondent for every date in the divorce case proceeding instituted by the appellant being Case No. 17 of 2022 (Yadvendra Singh Vs. Smt. Madhwi @ Prachi Singh).

¶3Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the record, we find no merit in the present appeal. Accordingly, appeal is dismissed. Minimal amount ought to have been awarded against the appellant to ensure that the access of justice is maintained and the respondent is not unfairly obstructed from seeking justice.
