Learned A.G.A. has raised preliminary objection that the impugned orders dated 6.10.2023 and 12.7.2022 are interlocutory orders, therefore, the present criminal revision is not maintainable. In view of the above, the present criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to avail appropriate remedy available to him. The present criminal revision is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The certified copy of the impugned orders and relevant documents be returned to the learned counsel for the revisionist as per rules.
