¶1By means of this writ petition, petitioners have prayed to direct the Settlement Officer Consolidation (S.O.C. Azamgarh) District-Azamgarh (Respondent no.2) to decide the Transfer Application No.139 of 2023, (Chandrapati Vs. State & Others) under Section 65 U.P.C.H. Act pending before him within a stipulated period.

¶2Taking note that before Authority concerned, on various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work, therefore, petitioners are directed to appear themselves or through their Advocates and shall not take any adjournment on each and every date, whenever the case is listed.

¶3This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the above referred Transfer Application expeditiously in accordance with law if there is no legal impediment. Order Date :- 7.11.2023 SB High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
